Elyseum Investment continues to expand, with the creation of Elyseum Finance S.C.A. in Luxembourg.
Elyseum Finance is a securitisation company, governed by Luxembourg law dated 22 March 2004.
The creation of this subsidiary is part of the development strategy currently being implemented by the group and will allow us to offer innovative structuring solutions in asset holding.
Elyseum Finance S.C.A. will become the investment administration and structuring platform for the group, particularly in the asset finance sector.
This structuring platform in Luxembourg will allow our investors to benefit from flexibility and high level of protection for holdings their assets and to reduce their administrative costs.
The creation of Elyseum Finance reinforces the expansion of Elyseum Group at European level. Now based in Paris, Geneva and Luxembourg, Elyseum Investment is well-placed as an independent European organisation, offering its institutional or family office investors flexible, tailored advice on private equity and real estate investments.
